Hey man this is a chillin track. But like the commenter before me, it gets to repetitive.

I`ve been checking out a bunch of the songs in your audio library and I have to say that they are all really smooth and well produced. The only thing I noticed that I can critique you about is that a lot of your tracks are too repetitive. Besides that, great producing and overall work bro.

Very nice

This is great song, I dont understand why newgrounds rates songs with vocals always so low.. doesn't make much sense to me.. maybe there jealous.

Either way, the vocals were great, piano was superb, and the bass was great as well as the percussion. I think it could definitely be mastered though to really give it that full and powerful feeling. Great stuff, keep it up.

Hey, thanks for your feedback! I am new to submitting music here, so I hadn't noticed the pattern with lower scores for songs with vocals. I agree that I need to do a proper mix/master of this. It's a little thin and the strings at the end aren't as powerful as they're supposed to be. Thanks again. I really appreciate your comments!

Nice flow

This song has a good flow man. I could totally see it working in a rpg/action game.
Solid melody, but I'm giving a 7/10 because the percussion seems kinda weak and it sounds like the song still needs mastering. At least that's what I think, good stuff though keep up.

Sick track man. Really well done, I like how the rhythm is constantly changing, keeping things interesting. I thing I think that could be improved is the overall song presence. I mean that certain tracks should have more poppy sound.

I think ive got the drums down, its the guitars that i can never sound right. and i made the drum maps using fl9, not that EZdrummer program which i heard was much better to use. ill probably download it sooner or later but for now im not too worried about it. It seems the render to newgrounds silenced the guitars which means that i mastered them funky. i coul just turn them up some more but then id have to spend another hour configuring the drums. For now im not worrying about it until i find some good sounding disto guitar soundfonts then ill use those instead of the ones i have with VST plugins. Thanks for the comment bud

Chillin beat

You hit it right dude all the way. This is a very chilling beat man, good vibe and a great rhythm to boot. It really seems like you captured a bit of pure chillin with this song man, that's kinda the goal I have for the next song I am working on.

I gave you a 9/10 for a couple of reasons. The first being that I think the song could still be mixed and mastered a bit better (volume tweeking, etc). Also the has a few parts that are kinda repetitive. But overall this is a great song, I'm surprised you got such bad votes! Damn zero bombers..

Pretty Good Man

Overall the song is pretty tight man, it has well placed layers and it sounds like you mixed it quite professionally. The songs got that hip hop/ ganster kinda feel and I think that you were probably trying to achieve that, so well done.

As for critique, it sounds to me like the song is missing something. I think if you put vocals into this song you could make a pretty kick ass piece of music hear, bring it to a new level so to speak. There are also a few parts of the song that are kinda recessive points that are either a bit repetitive or just not as popping as the rest of the song. One part in particular is at 1:25 when it kinda slows down and not a lot is happening. This is good but only if it is properly lead up to.

But overall I definitely enjoyed the song, but the best part about art is that there is always something to change or improve. Remember also that I am by no means a professional and my advice is not objective but rests heavily on my own opinion. But yeah anyways, good stuff, keep em coming. Ill be checking back sometime soon.

Simply Great

Good song man. It has a nice vibe to it, good sounds and overall good mixing makes this song quite enjoyable. But I do have some critique for you as well.
Because of the songs simplicity (meaning that each rhythm in the song is not that complex) it tends to get repetitive. Adding rap/vocals to the song could very well nullify this and make the song sound so much greater. But to effectively add vocals to a song is quite a feat, so I'll wish you the best of luck if this is the direction you are taking this song. Overall good work, ill be checking back later to see what you've done.

I haven't listened to an entire trance song ever, until I heard this one.
Great work man, really impressive. Beautiful construction and composition
of the piece, great mixing job by the way. I really enjoyed the theme of this
song as well, its almost as if it tells a story.

Anyways, great song. Now I might have to start listening to some trance lol

Cool beat.

Nice beat man, really sharp sound and a good rhythm.
It sounds like you really put some good polish on this
song and mixed it to perfection (I still am learning how
to properly mix/master).

I got to take off a point though because the song is kinda
short, and somewhat repetitive. But it definitely is a cool
beat. Keep them coming.
